Reboot.
I have been knitting now for 2 years and 10 months. I began knitting back in June of 2007 on a whim. I was pregnant and I wanted to knit something for my third child, Ms. Scratchy. I remember the exact day because it was my little brother's birthday and the day I received my first (and only) traffic tickets. I will tell you the story at a later date, today is not the day. But trust me, it's a great one and completely worth the wait.
The reason I'm thinking back on this now is because starting in November this past year I began going through a very difficult time emotionally and now finally after about three months of lots of thinking and resettling I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm reflecting on this now because I have been reading The Yarn Harlot's blog, I always go back to it when ever I need to reconnect to the time when knitting was almost all entirely new and complicated and all I could see were things to aspire to. I loved that time and now, now that my thoughts are starting to resettle, it feels like a great time to look back and start over.
Perhaps a little worse for wear but as always a bit wiser.
*Sorry this is so cryptic, but I had to get it out.
Be safe. Be Good.

BIg hugs and love coming your way from across the pond m'dear. I'm glad you've got a light at the end of the tunnel, and I hope you're back out in the sunshine very, very soon.
